1. Registration Fees
All Malaysians and International registrations must be made online at

*To encourage more Malaysians to participate in APeco
2002, MATTA has decided to subsidised delegates in order to build more
awareness among the local community.
*Please note that to qualify for MATTA/Govt/NGO/Students
rate, you may be required to produce a letter from your organisation or
school by the APeco 2002 Secretariat.
2. Airline Reservations
For more
details regarding the preferential airfare to registered
participants, kindly check with your local Malaysia Airlines office
or GSA by quoting the conference code "G*QHIS8D"

3. Payments
Malaysian Delegates:
All Payments for Malaysian delegates shall be made payable to:

International Delegates:
All Payments for International delegates through our secure online
payment shall be billed by: IBiz Solutions, Inc. Please note
that your credit card will be billed in USD and we accept both Master and

4. Cancellation Policy
All registration fee, hotel accommodation, pre/post conference tours
must be paid in full before reservation can be confirmed.
All cancellation must be made in writing to Asia Pacific Ecotourism
Conference (APECO) Secretariat.
10% cancellation fee on conference fee, pre/post conference tours and
(One) 1 room night (hotel reservation) will apply for cancellation
received on or before 15th September 2002.
50% cancellation fee on conference fee, pre/post conference tours and
(One) 1 room night (hotel reservation) will apply for cancellation
received on or after 15th September 2002.
All matters pertaining to changing your reservation or registration
shall be directed to:
