1. 15 years experience being a tour operator and ground handler on rural tourism throughout Malaysia.
2. Coordinating and facilitating for about 25,000 tourists from 35 countries since 1985, expert on Home stay at rural tourism activities in Malaysia
3. Coordinating and facilitating travel agents from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Malacca and Japan regarding Home stay and activities in Malaysia.
4. Conducting Rural Present Awareness to about 30 villagers and 650 participants regarding rural tourism based on Home stay programme.
5. Freelance consultant to government sector, semi-government, private sector and individual regarding Home stay and activities.
6. Coordinating and facilitating in the publishing for APEC – Forum Tourism Working Group – Best Practice Community Based Tourism.
