Rosemary Black is a lecturer at Charles Sturt University in Albury, NSW, Australia where she specialises in ecotourism, park management, interpretive guiding and interpretive planning. She has a Geography degree and a Masters in Natural Resources and is currently completing her PhD in tour guide certification. She was a member of the project team which developed the new Australian EcoGuide Program, a certification program for ecotour guides, and is currently an EcoGuide assessor. She has extensive industry experience in the fields of conservation, park management, recreation and tour guiding. More recently she has delivered tour guide and interpretation training in Australia and overseas.
